Group Sessions

Small Group Training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a coach, while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds.

Some clients may potentially do both — pursue one-on-one training so they can work on their individual performance and attributes. 

Group Exercise offers many benefits and having someone train with you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own. Both the coach and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the session.

Research shows that members involved in group programs are more likely stick with it.
